On 29th June I completed the Cotswold 100 Ultra Marathon in 29 hours 11 minutes 6 seconds. A non-stop run around the Cotswolds raising money for MND Association.

About the challenge... The circular route covers 100 miles on the hilly roads around the beautiful Cotswold villages. Starting (and finishing hopefully) in Stratford-upon-Avon at midday on the Friday I will run throughout the day and night in order to complete the distance within 24 hours.
About me...Why? Well to see if I can!
And to raise awareness of Motor Neurone Disease and to support the MND Association. Twelve years ago I lost my dad to this cruel disease and recently I've become involved with the local support group for the charity. I've seen the good work that the MND Association do to help support local people like my dad.
The money raised also goes towards vital research in the hope that one day there will be a cure and the world will be rid of MND.
So please spare whatever you can.
